Scope of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the public Encore Arts Suite website at encoreartssuite.com, including its public marketing pages and blog. By using this website, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.
These Terms apply to the public WordPress website at encoreartssuite.com. They do not, by themselves, create the complete contractual terms for use of the Encore Arts Suite software application, tenant-specific application environments, paid subscriptions, professional services, or other customer engagements.
The operational Encore Arts Suite application is separate from the public website and is hosted at app.encoreartssuite.com, with tenant-facing application experiences using tenant-specific subdomains. Access to or use of those services may be subject to separate agreements, subscription terms, order documents, policies, or other terms presented to the applicable customer or user.
Use of the operational Encore Arts Suite application may be subject to separate customer, subscription, or other terms. These public-site Terms do not establish application pricing, payment terms, refunds, uptime commitments, adjudication rules, or tenant obligations.
About Encore Arts Suite
Encore Arts Suite is a suite-level product and market brand developed by Sands TechVision. The public website provides information about Encore Arts Suite, including the Young Artist Competition App as its first planned module, as well as articles, updates, contact opportunities, and related public information.
Website Content and Informational Purpose
The public website is intended to provide general information about Encore Arts Suite, its current and planned offerings, and topics relevant to arts organizations and competition administration. We may update, correct, expand, remove, or reorganize website content as the product and business evolve.
Descriptions of future direction, planned features, integrations, services, or capabilities are informational and do not guarantee that a particular feature, module, service, release date, or commercial offering will become available.
